Our client, one of the world?s leading media and entertainment companies, is looking to hire a Payroll Tax Analyst to join their team.
**This opening is a 4 month long contract position, with the opportunity for extension or conversion** **This is a remote contract position** This Payroll Tax Analyst will be responsible for processing and reconciling payroll tax activities under the Payroll Tax Reporting Manager’s supervision.
This position’s ideal person will have experience working in a team-oriented environment and understands broad payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.What You Will Be Doing * Reconcile and analyze payroll tax deposits activity to Payroll and ADP Tax Services reports to ensure accurate filings by tax service provider* Reconcile payroll vendor quarterly & annual tax filing statements* Analyze data and information using various internal systems to support tax filings* Support payroll accounting team in completing Payroll reconciliations to the general ledgerRequired Skills & Experience * High School diploma or GED equivalent* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience providing support for payroll departments * General understanding of Payroll Taxes, ADP’s processes, and SAP payroll application and reports* Minimum of 2 years technical experience is preferredApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future.Posted By: VMS Sourcing
