Our Managing Director position will provide leadership and vision to guide the creative and strategic use of our services to our clients.
The MD will develop the roadmap and work-flow to accelerate results and achieve objectives.
Our clients need experience and the ambition to help them win.
Our MDs are driven, self-motivated individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing a high level of customer service.
The right candidate will have experience as a Managing Director responsible for managing the office activities, as well as working closely with the investment banker team and clients.
We are open to specializations in various industries such as Technology, Healthcare, and Real Estate.
An individual with a strong financial background is highly encouraged to apply.
This position will work directly with the Investment Banking team on current and prospective projects to bring investors to a successful funding.
The successful candidate will be comfortable reaching out to a wide variety of potential investors to partner with us.

QUALITIES TO SUCCEED:
FINRA series 24 license
– Preferred
FINRA series 7 or 79 and 63 or 66 license – required
Must have a minimum of 5 years of Investment banking experience.
Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Managing Director for an Investment Bank
Must have book of business with active investors
Ability to Network and establish new client relationships
Self-motivated, highly determined, learning based individual that is driven, with a proven track record of success in raising funds for commercial real estate investment opportunities.
Very ambitious and unstoppable (willing to work very hard)
Excellent at building rapport and comfortable with talking to a wide variety of people
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good organizational skills
JOB SCOPE:
Managing and mentor a team of investment bankers.
Participate in transactions from origination to closing including conduct due diligence.
Consistently raise capital for investment projects.
Source family offices and institutional investors that are interested in partnering with Xnergy on investment opportunities.
Manage existing and develop new relationships with investors
Conduct industry research
Prepare pitch books, reports, descriptive teasers
Interact with clients and potential investors
Maintain records, files and data related to client engagements
Respond to requests for data, research, analyses, etc.

On target earnings for this position range between $500,000
– $1,000,000 annually in personal income.
