Job Description
Develop and train staff Review and suggest improvements to processes, policies and procedures Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual account analysis Review financial statements, analyze overhead and variances Perform calculations, accounting and analysis of overhead, manufacturing and inventory variances, purchase price variances Review of plant-prepared accounting deliverables.
Assist with audits Ensure compliance with internal and SOX controls
Requirements
Master’s or CPA preferred Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skill Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Detail-oriented A team player
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience REF# 36718
