In the US firm, the FT practice brings together all the offering groups from all our businesses (i.e., Consulting, RFA, Tax and Audit) who serve CFOs and Finance Executives.

We reside as one of the Strategic Growth Offerings (SGO) under the US Client Market & Growth organization.
The Role:
Title: US Finance Transformation (FT) Center of Excellence (COE) Business Program Manager
Target Career Level: Manager, Career Level 5
Location: Open, role is virtual (requires approximately 10% travel for team and leadership meetings once travel is permitted)
Position Reports to: FT COE Lead
Role Description:
As part of a team focused on developing Deloitte’s FT services, the FT Manager works closely with the FT Managing Partner, leadership team, COE Lead and other FT PPMDs and leaders, to organize and strengthen our cross-business FT go-to-market platform.
Responsibilities include:
Strategic Planning and Initiative Management (60%)
Drive strategic finance transformation priorities/initiatives across priority sectors and domains, including strategy support and execution Focus on go-to-market areas such as eminence, asset creation and offering development Support and participate in leadership strategy design & planning meetings / sessions Understand market trends, perform financial analyses to feed the strategic plan Pursuit and sales enablement for top value FT transactions (10%)
Support strategic pursuits and deliveries which present substantial opportunities for our FT practice Drive initiatives related to sales and delivery enablement including FT Knowledge Management representatives on a regular basis Operations/Practice management (30%)
Assist in coordinating and facilitating internal activities that promote the FT Services cross-business platform Support leadership meetings, stakeholder management and performance (win/revenue) reporting Manage FT-wide communications strategy and comms planning Work with Marketing and other internal firm resources to assist with organizing events and meeting related to the promotion and cross-business collaboration of FT Services Manage or assist with a variety of recurring and/or ad hoc projects including Managing Partner efforts related to strategic initiatives, and assisting in developing FT practice strategy Maintain high visibility with the opportunity to interact with many market-facing PPMD’s and CMG leaders focused on FT Qualifications include:
7+ years of related experience in a client service or other professional services role FT background, or knowledge of FT Services a plus, but not required Empowered self-starter comfortable taking lead on initiatives and directing diverse teams (candidates must be self-motivated and able to operate independently and produce high-quality work in a virtual environment) Sound strategic thinking skills with an ability to effectively collaborate across teams Superior organizational skills and detail-oriented Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment Comfort engaging with all levels of an organization and desire to be a collaborative part of a team Ability to build and manage relationships in a complex, matrixed environment Excellent written and oral communication skills, including facility with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Bachelor’s degree – MBA or advanced degree preferred, but not required Travel up to 10% (While 10% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.) Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
