The successful candidate will work in a fast paced, multi-faceted office with administrative responsibilities on the Operational side of our Securities team.
This is a full-time position, and the hours are 8:00 a.M.
– 5:00 p.M.
Monday through Friday.Responsibilities:Reviewing and processing incoming securities business, assist our advisors and their support staff and be liaison between the advisors and broker-dealer.Scanning client documents into our electronic filing systemProcessing remote check depositsTransfer follow-upRequirements:Bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of two years of administrative office experienceExperience in the financial services industry preferred.Skills:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPossess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Strong customer service skillsAble to work in a collaborative/team environment as well as work independently and make decisions quickly.Microsoft Office – strong proficiency with Word and ExcelWillingness to learn and expand job duties with an ambition to grow a career in the financial services industry.Must be able to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and possess strong time management skills.About us:Lincoln Investment recognized as one of Philadelphia’s Top Workplaces each of the last ten years, is an independent broker dealer and registered investment advisor that offers brokerage, investment advisory and other financial services.
