Licensed Financial Solutions Representative – REMOTE

Citizenship is required.**(br((br(This role is responsible for providing financial education around multiple investment and financial vehicles that are available to plan participants, including offering guidance on appropriate tools and services.

Guidance is primarily focused on qualified retirement plan administration.(br((br(This is an ideal role for people who are familiar with the mutual fund industry and brokerage investing and like to educate others on how to make complex retirement and education funding investment decisions.(br((br((strong(Responsibilities(br((/strong((ul((li(Defined Contribution Plans
– including working knowledge of general qualified plan requirements.

You’ll be expected to provide information and guidance around the effects of plan distributions, loans, investment choices and other specific plan rules.(/li((li(College Savings Plans.

You’ll need to be able to effectively navigate our internal financial education web site to retrieve needed information.(/li((li(Mutual fund investment Services: Must be able to build a knowledge base and effectively communicate to employees what mutual funds are available, how to research, and the differences between providing educational guidance vs advice.(br((br((/li((/ul((strong(Requirements(br((/strong((ul((li(Undergraduate degree or equivalent years of industry experience.(/li((li(FINRA Series 6 & 63 required.

Series 65/66 a plus.(/li((li(U.S.

Citizenship(/li((li(Strong analytical skills to problem solving and ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems.(/li((li(Must be detail oriented with high degree of accuracy and personal accountability.(/li((li(Ability to work in high pressure environment with seasonality high volume.(/li((li(Teamwork will be needed to engage the energies of others on the team, within the Call Center and DC (Defined Contribution) Client Teams to help in achieving goals.(/li((li(Customer Service, Trading, Sales and/or Marketing experience preferred.(/li((li(Utilize conceptual thinking to identify patterns, apply concepts and clarify complex information(/li((li(Demonstrate sustained confidence and resilience during challenging interactions(/li((li(Ability to ask relevant probing questions to better assess customer needs(/li((li(Use data to persuade and influence customers to objectively guide them(/li((li(Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
