What you be doing in this role:

The Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for leading the work-flow of the team, and providing financial consultation to management and staff, in addition to handling a full range of project components in an independent and autonomous manner. Provides high-level expertise in the tracking and reporting of various financial and statistical data on a recurring basis, as well as ad-hoc projects in a high-paced environment. Ensures compliance with any organizational, departmental, and regulatory policies and procedures. Independently troubleshoots problems and implements corrective action. Provides detailed, advanced financial and analytical support to the business and makes recommendations to improve the effectiveness of reporting, planning, and forecasting activities to streamline processes and improve value. Applies detailed knowledge of the areas of assigned responsibility, and an extensive knowledge of the department functions and its interrelation with the larger organization. Works closely with all levels of management.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Information Science or relevant field required. MBA or relevant Masters preferred.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years’ Financial Analysis/Data Analytics experience required.

Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
