In this role, you will be supporting financial processes across several business product lines in the company.

You will apply and gain experience with proposal pricing, negotiations, finance, budgeting, cost and performance reporting, profitability analysis, and support of month-end and year-end financial closeouts and future year projections.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist in the implementation of financial processes and work instructions in support of several business product lines.Assist in the roll-out and implementation of an integrated set of financial policy, procedures, and related processes.Assist the Corporate Leadership and Program Managers (PMs) in support of company and customer reporting requirements.Assist in the proposal development processes to ensure that the financial requirements are adequately identified and addressed.Assist in the analysis of financial performance.Assist in ensuring accurate program cost charging in accordance with company financial policies and procedures.Prepare and support program financial performance reports, and program financial review presentations to management as requiredAssist in annual DCAA audit processes as requiredREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA Degree a plus)The candidate must be a US citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry, prime or major subcontractor is a plusExceptional Communication abilities and leadership potentialAdvanced level proficiencies in MS-Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Formulas) highly desiredExposure of FAR, DFARS Accounting, Cost Principles, CAS, and Pricing is a plus
