About the Role We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our growing team!
In this role, the individual will need to have a passion for partnerships and relationships with outstanding organizational and analytical skills.

* This is a remote first role that will come into the West Los Angeles office as needed in the future The impact you will have:* Prepare semi-monthly and monthly statements for Fulfillment Partners* Proactively communicate with the Sales and Operations team to ensure all data for Fulfillment Partners are accurate* Resolve and investigate any discrepancies in the raw data and reporting that will need to be communicated to other departments* Provide assistance in the preparation of month-end close procedures which may include preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations* Provide support for accurate and timely preparation of financial reports* Assist with other Ad-Hoc projects and analysis as assigned What you bring to the role:* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting* 2+ years’ of accounting experience* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Formulas preferred* Good understanding of US GAAP Accounting* Experience with Online Orders Systems such as Grubhub, DoorDash, and UberEats preferred* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills* Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment What we offer:* A team that has transitioned to remote work impressively, and remains highly collaborative and connected* Excellent growth opportunity, and stock options for all full-time employees* Medical, dental and vision (90% covered by Ordermark; 50% for dependents)
