Location: Los Angeles, CA Description: nn Investment Services Associate nn nn Los Angeles, CA (Remote till covid) nn nn Contract nn nn nn nnPossibility of Extension or Possibility of Temp to Full time depending on budget, business needs and performancenn nn nn nn Basic Function nn nnWork with Investment Services Managers in the managing of the overall relationship of assigned managed agency accounts.

nn nnRepresent Wealth Management in various business activities and maintains contacts with clients, administrators, trustees, co-trustees, beneficiaries, attorneys and others regarding accounts.

nn nnWork closely with portfolio managers, advisors, and others in providing high quality service and ensures compliance with all statutory requirements.nn nn nn nn Responsibilities nn nn Investment and Trust Administration nn nn1.

Processing fund transfers, wires, checks, transfers to and from bank accounts and ACH.nn nn2.

Administration of IRAs.nn nn3.

Preparing client portfolio review books for Advisors.nn nn4.

Processing of client account maintenance requests.nn nn5.

Ad hoc requests (i.e.

requests for statements, 1099’s, copy of trade confirmations, etc.).nn nn6.

Assisting Investment Services Managers with the annual confirmation of investment objectives.nn nn7.

Assisting Investment Services Managers with various compliance reports such as anticipated fees, investment change verification, zero balance accounts, accounts not scheduled for events, etc.nn nn8.

Prepare custom client reporting.nn nn Risk Management and Compliance nn nn9.

Follow appropriate Regulation 9 process.nn nn10.

Maintain all appropriate training and continuing education requirements for both internal programs and external licenses and certifications.nn nn nn nn Skills and Knowledge nn nn
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related area preferred, or equivalent 1 to 2 years work experience.nn nn
• Excellent organizational and problem solving skills.nn nn
• Experience with SEI’s Trust 3000 Trust Accounting System preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)nn nn
