This is an Aerospace & Defense specific boutique, and they are experts in their space.
They consistently close 5+ M&A deals every year and they are looking for a strong experienced analyst to join their lean team.nn nn n nn nnGiven the lean nature of the group, you will be working closely with the partners and have more responsibilities than in a more traditional setting.
Given their active pipeline, they are looking to bring somebody on in the next few weeks.
Candidates must be local or have a serious interest in moving to LA (eventually).nn nn n nn nnGiven the boutique nature of the role, all Associates actually get a percentage of the total fee generated.
That coupled with the fact that they consistently close deals, all-in compensation for Associates there are significantly higher than at most traditional investment banks.
