nn nn n nn nn Your Contributions Include: nn nn n nn Financial planning and analysis, covering multiple areas Liaise business contributions across multiple departments regarding forecast creation, analysis results, reporting packages Collaborate with other departments
– Asset Management, Operations, Construction & Leasing to perform capital expendture analyses, etc.
Collaborate with property accounting on budgeting and with cost accounting for accuracy of actual expenses.
Budgets (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and cash flow projections and forecasts
– budget vs actual.
Revenue and expenses reconciliations Build capital payment timeing and monitor future liquidity obligations, including track and maintain lease cost obligations Perform additional analyses as requested by management Provide best practices.
nn n nn nn BEST CANDIDATES WILL BRING: nn nn n nn BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar business discipline STRONG YARDI software experience and Advanced Excel STRONG Financial Modeling experience, from scratch and update existing models Commercial Real Estate Industry background Understand complex business drivers; analytical nature; puzzle-solver.
