Company is looking for experienced individual with strong background as an Executive (CFO, CAO, EVP) of Finance or currently works as a senior consultant specific to internal finance who has a passion for staying current with the CFO agenda, evangelizing with customers and connecting the dots between financial outcomes and technology (in this case RPA).
This global leader will be responsible for leading the cross-functional design and delivering both the business and sales playbook for how to engage with, drive value for and win the hearts and minds of the CFO and their entire staff.
The individual will spearhead the efforts and work closely with the global sales, industry sales, pre-sales, analyst relations and marketing teams to develop CFO-Finance focused content and evangelize value propositions and sales enablement approaches for our sellers.
‘ This person will be the face of Company for engaging with, staying current on and driving an overarching CFO-Finance agenda for the company.
This is What You Will Do At Company
The Global Internal Finance Sector Industry Practice lead, will build and deliver a global go-to-market strategy aimed at increasing revenue, new wins and expansion in existing accounts This person will lead a team of Finance industry subject matter experts (SME) in support of business development and sales growth in strategic geographic regions This role is critical to helping our clients adopt an automation mindset as they work to build scale and Intelligent Automation across the enterprise The candidate should have deep understanding and proven success as a Chief Financial Officer or equivalent.
Additionally, experience partnering with sales, executing business development models and experience driving global sales growth as a financial evangelist This role will be accountable for delivering Internal Finance industry performance, growth, and integration with Company sales, marketing, and product engineering teams Deliver Finance Industry expertise with 15 years+ of relevant executive work experience with exposure to sales, business development, advisory, analyst and/or consulting roles Act as the overall program owner for the “Company CFO Agenda” which will consist of coordination teams across product, product marketing, sales, customer experience, analyst and investor relations.
Additionally, this person will interface with the executive team of Company (CRO, CEO, CFO, CMO) to ensure as a company we are staying aligned to and ideally one-step ahead of the key drivers for CFO’s today, and tomorrow.
Design, deliver, and execute a global strategy for Internal Finance industry sales, pipeline and mindshare growth Collaborate with Company sales, product and customer success teams for value-based selling and create re-useable assets and artifacts that can be used across automation programs from a selling and delivery perspective Drive thought leadership through speaking engagements, analyst forums, whitepapers, point of view content and regular social media contributions (blog posts)

Has been an Finance Executive for 15 years plus and/or worked as an analyst or consultant directly with CFO’s and their teams Excellent business understanding of Finance industry functions to help transform business operations Great public presence in support of customer facing and digital events Strong executive presence to establish credibility and engage with CFOs to drive an automation point of view, share thought leadership, and help enable automation at scale throughout the enterprise effectively and efficiently Identification of key partner integrations and solutions to advance the value of the platform Takes initiative, self-starter, resilient, comfortable with constant change and ambiguity Strong communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing; comfort in business and technical discussions University degree, M.B.A.
