Global and NAM Finance Business Partner

Key Purpose

The Global and NAM Finance Manager role is an exciting opportunity to work in an innovative and complex environment as part of a Global Account team and NAM Finance Team. Reporting to the NAM VP of Finance and Global Life Sciences Sector Finance Director, you will support and ensure systematic and effective employment of financial tools and knowledge to empower Operations Leaders across the global portfolio. This role presents a unique opportunity to drive contract financial performance, analysis, projects, and advisory services as part of a diverse, collaborative team.

Ideal Candidate Experience

· 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility working in financial business partnering, financial analysis, or similar remit

· Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, or other relevant discipline

· Experience in complex financial analysis and reporting

· Solid understanding of commercial and transition processes

· Experience managing more than $50m of annual spending within the facilities management industry, a plus

· Experience in a global operating environment with a large volume of stakeholders

· Experience in working for a facilities management organization is a plus.

· Fundamental commercial and financial acumen

· Measured and calculated decision-maker

· Curious and willing to unpack details outside the immediate remit

· Experience in interfacing at all levels throughout an organization

· PC literate with a high skill set in Excel, experience with JD Edwards, OneStream, and Tableau, a plus

· Communication and presentation skills of high-level

· Ability to influence, articulate, and hold a position

· Able to work well within a collaborative team-based working environment

Key Accountabilities

· Finance Business Partner to Key Account Director in developing the account and driving positive financial outcomes

· Responsibility for driving the financial contract performance and acting as the global SME on contractual and commercial principles

· Deploy ISS standard financial reporting and governance tools across the account, ensuring compliance and audit readiness

· Champion ISS financial principles following the ISS Accounting Manual

· Providing finance and business support, leading and owning the budget, and forecasting processes

· Client-facing role, working closely with multiple levels of stakeholders and strong requirements in understanding and supporting the customer needs and delivering timely support

· Secure oversight and alignment of the deployment of key systems with operations teams

· Ensure compliance across the account/site, including contract-specific financial requirements, is effectively managed – ensuring all measures are taken

· Serve as an integral part of the Company Cash Management Process

· Prepare and present monthly business review presentations, both internal and external

· Accountable for contract Records Management and Reporting

Physical Demands & Work Environment

· Sitting at a computer for long periods at least 90% of the time

· Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds

· Must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
