Financial Transformation Analyst

A global professional services firm seeks a Financial Transformation Analyst to join their team.

As a Financial Transformation Analyst at firm, you will be an A level self-starter professional and is driven, highly motivated, and organized.

You will work with a team-oriented and agile group focused on delivering business results with efficiencies, process improvements, and streamlined measures in a cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:Your responsibilities will include supporting the Senior Manager with overseeing and coordinating projects, monitoring project activities, contributing to project planning, preparing and maintaining documentation, reviewing financial data, performing analysis, and evaluating all projects within the scope of Financial Transformation, while accomplishing these and other critical functions:Contributing to overall project strategy for all proposals within the realm of Financial Transformation.Analyzing project data and producing insights to optimize performance.Establishing key performance indicators.Identifying the goals and requirements of each project, distinguishing problems and shortfalls, and proposing solutions.Providing operational support, such as liaising with stakeholders, tracking timelines, organizing meetings, and maintaining objectives and communication.Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project documentation and reports.Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers.Qualifications:The successful Analyst must have a strong understanding of corporate financial statements (Balance Sheet and Income Statement) and be knowledgeable on the different phases of a project life cycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills and experience with relevant software programs (Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems), experience with stakeholder and financial management, and the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal and organizational skills and flexibility with changing timelines and project prioritization.

The Analyst must have a strong work ethic and business sense, the ability to make decisions independently or escalate when applicable, and the ability to work under pressure with deadlines.A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

A CPA license is a plus.A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience and a minimum of three (3) years of involvement with various projects is desired.#ZR
