We are looking for YOU! inspired, talented people who want to be part of a team that’s affecting profound change and is having fun doing it.POSITION SUMMARYThe Financial Systems Administrator is responsible for overseeing the cloud-based financial systems stack for the Finance department that support the organization’s financial operations. Successful candidates will have an overall aptitude for administering web-based technologies, with a focus on accounting and finance and a positive end user experience. The Administrator will strive to best configure each platform to support the organization, including opportunities to leverage automation to streamline operations and communication.The Administrator will work closely with the Accounting Team and Finance Operations Team in the Finance department, Data and Technology department and People Operations department to provide technical support, system customizations, customize and automate reports and dashboards, and create and maintain tools and documentation to administer the systems.Location: California (prefer Los Angeles or San Francisco Area), position is primarily remote with occasional in-office requirementsTravel:MinimalPay Range : 90-105k yearly/exemptDuties and ResponsibilitiesSupports the Finance team andother teams as applicable with configuration changes in SageIntacct, Nexonia, AssetEdge (module within Sage Intacct), AdaptivePlanning, MineralTree and other applications (collectively, the FinancialSystems) used by Finance. Partners withFinance leaders and other stakeholders to develop, recommend andimplement processes changes and innovative solutions to improve userexperience and customer service; taking lead on Financial Systems changesby reviewing release documentation, gathering requirements from users,reviewing business processes, testing changes in sandbox and releasingthem on a schedule in the production environment. Communicate updates onsupport tickets and project statuses with users and ensures timelyresponses and resolution to all issues.. Work withstakeholders to create custom reports and various dashboards. Maintains dataintegrity inthe Financial Systems, regularly coordinating data audits, systemimplementations, upgrades, modifications and clean-up efforts. Trains new Financeteam users on Financial Systems functionality by creating and utilizingjob aids and various documents.ReviewsFinancial Systems integration error reports and troubleshoots findings.Assumes role of FinancialSystems administrator for all finance applications, including but notlimited to adding, changes, and deleting user IDs, passwords, role-basedpermissions, etc. WHAT DO WE LOOK FOR?Mindsets of an Ideal Candidate You’re missiondriven. RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccine Must have received or be willing to receive the Covid-19 vaccination by the date of hire to be considered. Proof of vaccination is required.Experience and EducationProven skills in understanding business needs and translating intodocumentation and actionable changes in the system.Experience administering a variety of cloud-based business systems(CRM, CMS, IdP, HRIS, ERP) and maintaining across a complex organization.Data & system migration and implementation experience.Experience administering top-tier business systems such as Workdaya plus. Knowledge, Skills, and AbilityAdvanced knowledge of excel, including use of pivot tables,PowerQuery, and lookup functions.Strong customer service mindset with an eye for detail.Swiss army knife of software-pick up new technology with ease.
