The ideal candidate must have 3 years of diverse litigation or clerking experience. Experience taking and defending depositions and courtroom experience is a plus. Candidates should be motivated, self-starters with demonstrated interest and litigation experience involving commercial real estate, loan enforcement, or financial services litigation.
