Job Title: Financial Reporting Manager A Financial Reporting Manager prepares the monthly report to be circulated to the Board of Directors each month.
The Reporting Manager ensures that the company is in full compliance with all of the necessary reports.
Will assist the CFO in analyzing the budget and preparing the forecast to be presented to each manager of the various departments and provides them estimates for the following year.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Insure that all of the necessary reporting documents are updated and in full compliance per the Comprehensive Development Agreement (CDA) and the Loan Agreements Collect necessary information from the department managers to complete internal reporting to Shareholders, such as the Monthly Report for the Board of Directors Prepare variance analysis between actuals and budget to assist the CFO in preparing monthly reports and budget Conduct periodic meetings with managers to analyze the variances of the actuals vs budget and to understand the business Prepare inputs for the update of the Companys financial projections, budget, forecasts and financial model Update the Companys budget and forecasts Build analysis reports of information from the Accounting System (SAP) and send to the CFO for review Assist Controller to design and distribute reporting packages, coordination of submissions, consolidation of submissions and performance of sensitivity analysis Detailed review of month-end Financials and related Financial Analysis Help prepare quarterly presentations for the CEO and CFO to Committees and Board of Directors Performs other job-related duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelors degree in finance, business or a related field 5 to 8 years of experience in accounting or finance focused on quantitative analysis Knowledge of corporate financial accounting Effectively manage tasks and tight deadlines independently Ability to interact with colleagues in a self-managed team structure Superior quantitative skills Strong interpersonal communication, decision-making and resolution skills Familiarity with SAP accounting software is preferred Pay: $80,000.00 per year Experience: Accounting & Finance: 4 years (Required) by Jobble
