Financial Product Manager, Consumer Loans

We are a fast-growing retail and lending company with regional retail brick-n-mortar and ecommerce credit and lending operations seeking a business development professional to join our senior leadership team.

Our entrepreneurial company leverages over 40 years of experience and forward-looking innovation including lending activities through our sister company, Adir Financial LLC dba Entri.

This role will be focused on growth of our Entri consumer loans.

POSITION DESCRIPTION Entri consumer loans currently has an opening for a Financial Product Manager of Consumer Loans (“FPM of Consumer Loans”) reporting to the VP of Business Development responsible for sales growth development plans and execution to achieve consumer lending sales and revenue targets.

This Product/Program Manager acts as the product subject matter expert and maximizes product and program opportunities for the company.

The Product/Program Manager also assures policies and sales training are current, compliant, and well executed as related to a variety of consumer loan products and related financial services.

This role also contributes to formulation of accurate forecasts targeting revenue goals and works closely with other company departments to achieve these revenue goals.

This role is initially focused on consumer lending growth within our existing customer based through our digital and retail store channels, and will thereafter expand consumer loans to general market.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• As the FPM of Consumer Loans, you are accountable for driving product sales revenues growth
• You will ensure a seamless and positive customer experience yielding high customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Understand the company’s full capability, expertise, strength, weakness, resources, priority, market position and future direction, so he/she can combine the company’s capability with the market trend to derive the best result for the company.

• Work with Marketing Department to develop and manage of marketing communications, including campaigns to promote consumer loans
• Contribute to the analysis of data for campaign and channel performance, i.e.

conversion ratios, channel flow, customer journey mapping
• Active, ongoing improvement of the product lifecycle to ensure metrics of growth are achieved.

• Lead training and education of the contact center and retail store staff through regular updates and improvements of training courses in our electronic university system, as well as retail store on-site and online training sessions
• Ensure compliance throughout the lending process according to licensed state consumer lending regulations through support of compliance audits, process audits and loan audits including audits by state regulatory agencies
• Audit contact center consumer loan servicing communications to ensure effective and compliant handling of such communications leveraging in-house quality control team
• Co-develop with store and digital management teams strategies to address low performance KPI or other consumer lending needs
• Study consumer loan market trends, identifying and recommending potential future new product and program concepts that will re-enforce the company’s market position and meets its long-term goals.

• Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Experience in Digital, virtual and/or social selling platforms
• Analytical Ability
– effectively think through a problem, recognizing, securing and evaluating relevant facts; and reaching sound conclusions.

Identify and utilize appropriate resources to assist in problem identification and resolution process.

• Time Management – Capable of establishing and managing priorities.

Plan activities and create a regular schedule to drive sales growth.

Capable of handling several different tasks and activities while still meeting deadlines.

• General knowledge of state consumer lending regulations, i.e.

California Department of Financial Protection and Innovation’s Consumer Finance Lender license rules, preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required.

Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

• Must have ability to prepare and present analysis, reports and written materials in a professional manner.

• MS Office systems (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) required.

• Valid driver’s license, vehicle and insurance
• Experience in sales, account management, or product management is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of marketing collateral, training supplies and/or advertising displays
• Leveraging virtual/video technology knowledge (Zoom, MS Teams, video)
