FP&A Manager
Our client is seeking an experienced a driven and incisive FP&A Manager to join their growing team in LA.
This role will responsible for providing timely and accurate reporting and analysis to cross functionally across the business.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of hands on experience in an FP&A focussed role, and will also have a background in supporting capital raise projects.
Responsibilities:
As an FP&A Manager, you will develop and lead the budget modelling, controls and variance analysis process for the wider business Proactively partner with department heads to ensure budget goals are met, and develop remediation plans to address any potential issues Lead and advance quarterly forecasts and provide financial analysis support cross functionally Working directly with the Exec team, provide insightful revenue and product analyses on a enabling senior management to make informed decisions on business growth Support capital raise projects
Key Requirements:
6+ years’ FP&A experience, including leading a team of direct reports Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment Advanced modelling and MS Excel skills (vlookups/ index match/ pivot tables) Proactive, positive and entrepreneurial mindset Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment and strong problem-solving capabilities
