The ideal candidate will have experience with real estate finance and hotels/hospitality.
This candidate will feel comfortable modeling scenarios and using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
nn nn n nn nnThis position is a combination of working virtually and in-person in our Los Angeles office.
You must be based in Southern California (preferably LA or Orange County) and be able to work under minimal supervision and training.
We are looking for a minimum full-time commitment of 6 months, ideally starting as soon as possible.nn nn nn nn Responsibilities nn Analyze and interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management Perform market analysis and evaluate deals and acquisitions Create and improve models for various scenarios Prepare financial reports and annual operational budgets Study business and economic trends and make financial recommendations nn n nn nn Qualifications nn Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience Financial analysis and modeling experience Advanced knowledge of Excel MBA, CFA or CPA a plus
