The Role.
As a Financial Analyst, you will be focused on building the annual budget and forecasting revenues and expenditures on a monthly basis .
You will provide various analysis around firm investments, department benchmarks, revenue targets, gross margins and cash levels.
You will also be responsible for planning and helping to manage AArete’s international business.
You will be able to understand firm strategy and develop financial reporting and benchmarks to measure progress towards our initiatives.

Work you’ll do Help prepare revenue forecasts for Management Consulting Services (MCS) and AArete Technology Services (ATS) Work with Managing Directors to plan and manage international business Help prepare quarterly full financial forecast for MCS and ATS, including revenue & expenses Assist Director of FP&C in creating system generated reporting and dashboards Work with Accounting to develop and maintain cash requirements model for the ESOP (seller notes, seller warrants, stock appreciation rights (SARs), distributions) Update current forecasting model and work to move it into our systems of record ( i.e.
Paylocity, NetSuite, OpenAir) Ad hoc projects as required by the business Monthly project margin analysis Requirements 2-5 of experience in a financial analyst role or similar BS degree in Finance / Accounting Hands on experience with financial and statistical software Expertise in Excel; Excel added tools is a plus Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP)
– Ideally Oracle NetSuite Outstanding analytical skills Ability to present financial data using detailed reports and charts Demonstrate critical thinking skills Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information Relevant certification (CPA)a is a plus
