Financial Analyst

< Div><P> Position Overview: Financial Analyst is responsible for the ongoing forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling requirements of the company.< /p><P> Duties and Responsibilities:< /p><Ul> <Li>Manages RTC’s consolidated forecasting process and prepares RTC’s consolidated forecast< /li><Li> Manages RTC’s annual budget process and prepares RTC’s consolidated budget and operating plan.< /li><Li> Support CFO and Controller with accounting functions as required including the monthly financial close and relevant financial audits.< /li><Li> Communicates and explains cost and financial performance results and forecasts to a broad range of audiences including senior leadership.< /li><Li> Develops and supports the company’s data analytics tools, processes, and capabilities.

This includes business intelligence/performance reporting, and predictive analytics to enhance forecasting capabilities.< /li><Li> Prepares analysis supporting the company’s growth objectives to include organic market growth and merger and acquisition as necessary; and the investment/return analysis supporting growth.< /li><Li> Effectively collaborateswith staff at all levels, from all departments, including manufacturing, sales, engineering, and procurement.< /li><Li> Assists in preparing RTC’s Board of Directors materials and presentations.< /li><Li> Analyzes and leads improvement teams in relevant value streams and processes.< /li><Li> Provides analysis to assist operational improvement initiatives, and develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPIs).< /li><Li> Adheres to all workplacesafety guidelines, policies, and laws determined by the Company, state, and federal authorities< /li><Li> Performs other duties asassigned.< /li></ul> <P>Education, Skills, and Experience:< /p><Ul> <Li>1-3 years of company financial analysis and modeling experience.

Aerospace and government contracting experience is a plus.< /li><Li> Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an emphasis on spreadsheet development, management and manipulation.< /li><Li> Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.< /li><Li> Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.< /li><Li> Excellent interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.< /li><Li> Minimum of bachelor’s degree in finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience.< /li></ul> <P><I> This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
