Stay Gia (staygia.com) – an apartment-hotel company with over 200 apartment units and $10MM ARR – is looking for a smart ambitious energetic individual with finance or business background, 1-2 years of business experience, a lot of appetite for growth and value creation, capable of maintaining as well as developing and implementing new financial and business systems. You will oversee company’s day to day operations as well as help company to improve its operating model, financial reports, and build the system/s that will differentiate company from its competitors.

Job responsibilities
- Maintaining and improving the company’s operating model
- Financial planning and forecasting
- Developing and improving financial reports
- Assisting with monthly close activities
- Automating and streamlining workflows
- Create ad-hoc analyses to support key business decisions
- Helping to develop and implement new financial and business systems
- Managing various ongoing operational aspects of the business
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Finance, Business Administration or relevant field
- A lot of appetite to build a big business
