We’re looking for a Finance Manager to join a small team that is building the future of the restaurant industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working individual that is detail-oriented and analytical to be the financial heartbeat of a fast-growing start-up.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this position you will be asked to wear many hats. In the short-term this individual will take on accounting and financial responsibilities. Over time, you will have the opportunity to increasingly specialize as you see fit.

Manage daily/weekly/monthly/annual accounting processes.

Build financial processes and systems

Analyze performance data to develop recommendations that will impact all components of the business such as marketing spend, pricing, operational output, and sourcing.

Work closely with COO and CFO to perform financial planning and analysis.

WHO YOU ARE
The ideal candidate has extremely strong finance skills, is comfortable working in a fast-changing environment, and has an unyielding desire to build financial discipline into every facet of the business.

2 – 5 years experience in a deadline-driven finance or accounting role

Meticulous and detail-oriented. Feels a sense of oneness with the universe when they see a well organized P&L statement.

Extremely strong critical thinking skills. Able to apply a thorough knowledge of accounting principals to new systems and situations.

Self motivated and ambitious, with a track record of accomplishment in every role they have taken on.

Can only exist in a job where they wear multiple hats and use all sides of their brain
