To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for a motivated and driven Finance Manager to join our LA-based finance team.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green
Reporting directly to the U.S.
Managing Director, you take responsibility for all finance-related topics, including accounting, FP&A, reporting, analytics, compliance, and tax at FlixBus, USA You design, integrate, and implement financial processes and structures for the U.S.
subsidiary You assist with business planning and plan yearly budgets, conduct re-forecasts, and calculate cash flow You prepare and control month
– and year-end closing and financial statements in cooperation with our tax advisors and our European headquarters You drive continuous improvement to produce innovation and automation in reporting, planning and analysis You develop financial models and analyze business KPIs to help drive strategic and investment decisions You take responsibility for presentations for C-level executives, and BoD reporting
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Business, Finance, Accounting or other related fields of study Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant positions in the fields of Accounting or Finance, ideally in a high-paced, dynamic environment Excellent knowledge of MS Office, PowerBI; experience with ERP systems (QuickBooks Online and Oracle Cloud) You possess extensive experience in finance processes, financial modeling, and financial planning You have high attention to detail, communication, negotiation, and project management skills You have very strong analytical skills and a structured way of working You are proactive, reliable and have a strong focus on achievement You are fluent in English and have a work authorization in the US
