ProducePay is looking for a Finance Intern to work with our Corporate Finance team helping with financial reporting, research and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with financial reports and client-related reports.
- Track contracts and assist with producing accurate and timely financial statements.
- Work with the engineering team on building out the platform.
- Other finance, Admin, and Accounting tasks as needed.
- Processing and depositing check payments received, and performing document verification and credit exposure checks on a daily basis.
- Receiving, mailing, and handling legal documents.
Requirements
- Full-time, at least 3 times a week, and 8 hours per day.
At least 3-month commitment
- Extremely detail-oriented with solid understanding of business and accounting principles
- Advanced skills in Excel including pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Must be working towards (or have completed) a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Accounting
