A Los Angeles professional services company is looking for a Senior Director of Accounting and Finance to join their team. Reporting to the CEO, the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, managing the general ledger, financial reporting, coordinating with external accounting services firms, and involved with processing payroll. To be successful in this role, the Senior Director of Accounting and Finance will need to demonstrate a great attitude, be a team leader, and have a strong executive presence. What do you need for this Senior Director of Accounting and Finance role?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 15+ years of accounting and finance experience
- CPA is great!
- Advanced Excel
- Experience with financial modelling
- QuickBooks is a plus

- Review month-end close and prepare financial statements
- Oversee preparation of taxes

- Oversee staff
- Annual budgeting and periodic forecasting
- Produce financial models
- Oversee payroll processing process and benefit administration
