Job Description: Prepare and manage plans and forecasts for product/discipline/initiatives/teams Help build and maintain monthly financial model Assist in developing dashboards and management reports and help business partners to interpret the results Prepare analysis to support strategic decisions in business areas Monitor variance to forecast actively and alert business partner to inform appropriate action Assist other finance teammates in relevant tasks and activities Manage & update models and tools to evaluate the financial & operational performance Assist in managing and updating dashboards and management reports Assist in providing senior management and leaders with analysis Assist in the annual budgeting Assists in performing ad hoc analysis for executives Assists in procurement & purchasing and identifies ways to improve and streamline the process Requirements: Experience in the financial services, investment banking, corporate strategy or related industries Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Able to communicate with professionals at all levels Able to work independently and take initiative Able to adapt to changing priorities Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines Detail-oriented A team player Strong work ethic Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience REF # 36029
