Fund Finance Attorney
Our client is an international, Am law 100 firm, seeking a Fund Finance Associate for its New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or Charlotte offices. This role involves working on complex finance matters across a wide range of industries.
The salary range for this position in NY is between $225K – $390K and may vary depending upon experience.
- 3+ years of experience in fund finance deals and/or general finance matters (including credit agreements) within a top law firm.
- Excellent academic credentials are required.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
