This person will assist with billing, coding, account reconciliation, and general customer questions.Essential Job Functions This individual must be able to perform the below:* Assist with preparation and upkeep of full set of accounts* Assist with timely and accurate month end closing, prepare financial statements, and provide reporting package of the assigned company* Reconcile with associated companies for IC transactions and make timely clearing* Make first-tier data analysis and provide commentary on unusual items or items with big fluctuation; Timely clean up long-aging items.* Assist in develop and comply group accounting policy and accounting treatment issues.* Working in tandem with the sales and operations teams to ensure world-class customer experience.* Maintaining records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.

Data entry and maintenance of the Order Book databases* Investigation & resolution of customer issues* Error checking and correction of orders* Contact with customers via phone and email to advise order status, confirm delivery details, and collect payments.Position Requirements* University degree in Finance and/or Accounting with 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in retail industry* Fluent in English* Advanced levels of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Excel & Word)* Hands on experience Quickbooks* Analytical, process oriented, technical competence* Customer service experience, preferably in a luxury retail or hospitality environment
