The Experienced Investment Banking Analyst will be based out of Los Angeles or Seattle and will be involved with our clients across the emerging technology groups that focus on end markets such as agriculture, energy, healthcare, industrials, robotics and others. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the most active middle-market practices in the country and play a key role in Cascadia’s continued growth and success. This Analyst role is an important part of Cascadia deal teams and as such, candidates must have at least 1 year of investment banking experience. Analysts are responsible for developing and reviewing financial models (B/S, IS, CFS) and valuation models, drafting information memorandums and management presentations, managing due diligence efforts working directly with management teams and buyer/seller groups, and researching tech industry trends, companies and M&A counterparties.The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Skills and Experience:At least 1 year of experience in middle market investment bankingExcellent financial and data analysis skillsDemonstrable knowledge of and passion for investment bankingCritical/strategic thinking capabilityStrong financial modeling skillsExcellent writing and verbal communication skillsTeam player, strong ability to collaborate and deliver solution-based resultsOutstanding quantitative and technical skills, including strong Microsoft Office knowledgeBasic accounting knowledgeStrong work ethic, self-motivated, proactive work habitsAn effective communicator, able to adapt communication style to different audiencesOutstanding client service mindset and capabilitiesBA/ BS degreeCascadia Capital is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
