Family-Oriented Company Job Responsibilities: Accounts Payable – Input invoices into the accounting system and related reporting.
Reconcile related accounts monthly.
Responsible for remittance process.
Maintenance of an appropriate filing system.
Accounts Receivable – Responsible for generating client invoices in a timely manner and work with project managers to avoid delinquencies.
Reconciliation of related accounts and maintenance of filing system.
Cash Receipts – Responsible for timely recording of cash receipts and maintenance of related filing system.
Payroll – Responsible for accurate payroll processing of weekly payrolls.
Manage employee tables in the accounting system.
Related accounts must be reconciled monthly.
Maintenance of employee and payroll files.
General ledger – Participate in monthly close as needed.
Other duties assigned as needed.
