Division Controller will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally
accepted accounting principles, corporate policies, and oversee oversee financial reporting for over 20
businesses. This is a Hands-On position who will manage the monthly accounting close, provider payrolls
and preparation of financial statements.
Division Controller will report to and work closely with the Chief Financial Officer and others in the
organization in analysis and financial management of various businesses and implementation of
accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Position will have 5 direct reports.
The ideal candidate possesses leadership capabilities, solid operational and technical accounting
background and works proactively to drive results. This person is a self-starter, flexible, has a high level of
integrity and is action and goal-oriented in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
