Director – Wealth Advisor

Judson Group has partnered with a $1.2B private wealth management firm to add a Director – Wealth Advisor to their growing team.

This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for a select group of existing clients and is instrumental in introducing new business development opportunities to the firm.

In this critically important role, you will manage client relationships, providing sound financial planning advice and counsel, and work closely with all members of the team to exceed client expectations.

You will be expected to help grow the business through the efficient use of your time with clients, prospective clients, centers of influence and community involvement, making a meaningful contribution to the firm.

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage existing client relationships, including ongoing regular client contact and Actively participate in the development of new business and networking opportunities.

Implement financial plans and work with the firm’s portfolio management team to incorporate clients’ investment strategies into their planning objectives.

Demonstrate a commitment to extraordinary client service through professional excellence, the highest ethical standards, and the effective use of available resources.

Qualifications:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial advisory services with demonstrated ability to develop and manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required; CFP, CFA, or other relevant designations highly preferred.

Client first approach with can-do attitude.

Desire/ability to work successfully in an intimate, fast-growing, entrepreneurial company.
