Baker Tilly is looking for a Director or Partner to join our Real Estate Valuation & Advisory Team in our Real Estate Advisory Services Group!

The Real Estate Advisory Service Team at Baker Tilly (BT) is comprised of dedicated, client-focused professionals. Responsibilities
  • Generate opportunities and drive revenue to the group and firm through existing network and through the internal Baker Tilly network
  • Be a trusted advisor to real estate owners, users and investors by providing expertise related to real estate in complex situations where financial analyses and market know-how and knowledge are mission critical.
  • Expertise in real estate property and entity valuations
  • Manage client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensure client profitability targets are met
  • Utilize your entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with the goal of acquiring new clients, projects, and revenue
  • Invest in your professional development individually and through participation in firm wide learning and development programs
  • Support the growth and development of team members through the Baker Tilly Care and Teach philosophy, helping associates meet their professional goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance, economics, business, accounting or a related field is a plus
  • MAI designation required
  • Certified general appraiser
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience providing real estate valuation and consulting services
  • Five (5)+ years’ of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates
  • Demonstrated management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise others, provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning in order to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the “big picture” as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects
