Major Job Duties
Oversee the financial strategic planning of the company by evaluating its performance and potential risks.
Support the organization’s financial objectives by providing regular and ad hoc financial statements, analyses, projections, and recommendations.
Recognize patterns in company spending, cost, and revenue, and recommend solutions to any problem areas.
Develop budgets that meet the requirements of company departments.
Establish targets and manage all accounting and finance employees.
Maintains sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations.
Minimizes legally required taxes by studying regulations, presenting tax strategies to management, and filing returns.
Supervise all audit and internal control processes.
Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines.
Coordinate with external financial entities on behalf of the company.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance purposes

Minimum Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field, CPA preferred.
In-depth knowledge of accounting software, corporate principles, and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
An analytical mind with good organizational skills.
Outstanding leadership skills.
A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management.
Fluent in both spoken and written English, Spanish is a plus.
