Director of Finance

We are a full-service US law firm with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Irvine, San Francisco, Dallas, and Miami, and are closely affiliated with one of China’s largest law firms.

As we emerge from this challenging pandemic period, YK Law is looking to add a key member of the Executive team.

The Director of Finance at YK Law will oversee financial needs in all locations, with involvement across multiple areas including administration, billing, operations, and HR.

The candidate we are looking for is organized, strategic, and has strong leadership skills.

Our firm will rely on your expertise and forethought in all areas of finance to advise us on strategic growth and strategy.

You will manage our daily financial systems, handle client invoicing, work closely with accountants, and prepare important metrics and reports for department review.

We’re looking for someone who is interested in playing an invaluable role in the growth of the firm, who can both take direction and create it for themselves; someone who takes a determined approach to problem solving and is comfortable pointing out where things need improvement.

We’re looking for someone who thinks not just big-picture, but practically, how to get there.
