Required Qualification s
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or higher preferred
- Preference given to candidates who lead and work with diverse age levels and abilities
- Ability to both model and maintain positive motivation and momentum even in challenging circumstances
- Proven expertise in establishing, implementing and communicating vision and plan for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
- Being an accessible, visible and effective resource to students with regards to student diversity, equity and inclusion matters
- Providing direct and indirect counsel and support to students and families within each school division on issues of identity development
- Developing and/or implementing the school’s strategic plan for advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion and identifying the resources required to do so
- Providing counsel and support to Admissions and Human Resources in the areas of recruitment and retention of students, faculty and staff from marginalized identities
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies and programs to cultivate, attract, develop, and retain faculty and staff
