nn nn What we are looking for: nn DEI Expertise: As an internal DEI expert, you’ll create a learning environment by championing awareness, education, commitment, and accountability for DEI across the entire employee base.  Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to drive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within an organization by influencing existing systems and processes, while designing new ones.

Program Leadership: Execution focus with ability to scale and deliver DEI programs and plans in partnership with cross-functional teams.
