We are searching for an experienced professional to lead our strategic financial planning and analysis activities.

Responsibilities Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you own the end-to-end company-level long term financial planning, including the company’s valuation model.
Build a world-class function that produces rich insights and plans with a high degree of clarity and accuracy.
Architect and elevate the company’s long-run financial plan to become a key input into current and multi-year strategy decisions.
Develop clear management reporting/insights on business performance for our executive leadership team and board of directors consumption.
Regularly benchmark InterDigital’s business and financial performance with peer companies.
Own and optimize the Corporate Strategy Finance operating norms on clear processes and automation using best-in-class solutions.
Manage ad hoc financial modeling and support M&A activities.
Partner with Investor Relations to craft transparent external metrics and other projects.
Qualifications 10 years of directly applicable experience with time spent in a technology company MBA is strongly preferred, but not required Ability to communicate vision, solve problems, and execute on goals Highly flexibly and adaptable to changing structures and priorities Ability to set and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders Ability to function and act independently, probe, analyze, and problem-solve issues with minimal guidance Ability to handle and maintain confidential information This list is not exaustive Location: New York City, or Wilmington (DE)
