Accountant to join our growing Accounting Team.
The ideal candidate will have a head for numbers, experience with MS Excel, good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong analytical skills.
The Jr.
Accountant will report directly to the Controller and will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively, independently, and be able to meet deadlines.Vendor set-up and maintenance, collect relevant information (W9s, banking information, etc.)Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling vendor invoicesComparing system reports to balances and verifying entriesCharging expenses to correct accounts and cost centersEffectively communicate with vendors and department headsPrepare journal entriesPrepare 1099sAssist with fixed asset schedulesRecord and reconcile credit card transactionsReconcile intercompany transactionsParticipate and assist in the monthly closing processAssist with billing and accounts receivableAssist with other accounts as neededParticipate and successfully complete special projects and ad-hoc as requestedWho You Are:Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution in accounting2+ years of relevant accounting experienceMicrosoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization skills and attention to detailExperience with NetSuite a plusTeam player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude to ensure team meets deadlines DeepIntent is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives.
