A week in the life of a Cybersecurity Test & Evaluation Specialist: Develop and conduct tests of systems to evaluate compliance with cybersecurity specifications and requirements by applying principles and methods for cost-effective planning, evaluating, verifying, and validation (with oversight and direction from the Government), of technical, functional, and performance characteristics (including interoperability) of systems or elements of systems incorporating Information Technology Vulnerability analysis and testing, to include penetration testing, as part of the cyber certification and sustainment process.

Shall have demonstrated experience in developing test plans.
Shall have demonstrated experience utilizing packet analyzer tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump.
