Beacon Hill Legal Los Angeles is assisting an Am Law 200 law firm client with a search for an experienced Corporate Paralegal, Private Investment Fund.
This position requires 5+ years of experience and BA/BS + ABA approved Paralegal Certificate preferred (or otherwise compliant with B&P6450).
Duties will include creating fund entities, Blue Sky research, preparing Form D, maintaining fund tracking spreadsheets, organizing subscription agreements and preparing for closings.
This client is extremely busy and the candidate will need to maintain a very fast pace daily.
Strong communication skills and organization skills are required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to work with a firm that invests in their paralegal staff.
This position will start as a remote position.
Once COVID restrictions are lifted, the paralegal will work in the client’s office with a preference for Los Angeles area (downtown or Westside) or Bay Area.
