Must have extensive transactional loan agreement finance experience.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, WORD, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat needed.
Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
Should have experience representing lenders and borrowers in loan finance transactions, including secured loans.
Aviation finance experience a benefit.
nn nn The candidate must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with others; ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing; ability to organize and prioritize workload; ability to understand and follow written and oral directions.
Should have JD degree.
Must have top academic credentials.
