Our Finance department is looking for a Controller .

Job Responsibilities: Generate annual, quarterly, monthly financial statements Track and report franchise sales taxes and other regulatory filings Track, measure and report capitalization and amortization of research and development costs Track, measure and report capitalization and deprecation of hardware [server, computer, screens, etc] investments Review revenue billing [maintenance and SaaS] reports generated by Assistant Controller Review accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking reports generated by Assistant Controller Develop division budget reports, specifically IT and marketing Develop workforce efficiency reports comparing salary and contractor effort versus associated billing using time reports quarterly, monthly, weekly Develop sales commission reports quarterly and weekly Will report to CEO Assist in modeling new product and bundled pricing Track, measure and report sales information to identify trends and opportunities Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance required Minimum 5 years experience preferred CPA required Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications and Excel Knowledge of US GAAP and Audit Corporate tax experience a plus Prior Controller level experienced required Revenue recognition experience in the technology sector Experience generating and filing federal tax returns and other compliance reports Minimum 8 years work experience in accounting Job Type: Full-time Experience: Controller: 6 years (Required) Education: Bachelor&039;s (Required) Language: English required (Required)
