Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for an interim Controller Consultant to support our fast-growing property management client based out of West LA. This role reports into the VP Finance and will be responsible for direct oversight of the sr accountant and transactional staff to support full accounting, analysis, and compliance support for a portfolio of residential properties. Main areas of focus include financial statement preparation, month-end close oversight and review, tax/audit liaison and filing preparation, cash flow forecasting, and quarterly investor reporting. The ideal Controller Consultant will bring a fresh set of eyes and ability to recommend and implement process improvement and training to the lean team.
