In this role the ideal candidate will be responsible for: SEC reporting, corporate Closings, SOX compliance, revenue recognition, royalty accounting, and more.
The position requires: CPA, SEC reporting, media, consumer products, or technology/professional service industry, SOX compliance, ability to work full time on a West Coast Time Zone schedule.
