but our greatest investment is in you!As a Transaction Coordinator you will provide day-to-day support to the assigned Account Executive/Team Lead.
The Transaction Coordinator (TC) will handle administrative duties for loan files, including follow-ups with customers, organization of loan files, and documentation collection.
Additionally, they will serve as the main internal point of contact for all loan files to which they are assigned, managing daily operations for these specific files, programs, and products.What you’ll do:Resolve client problems; recommend modificationsto products/servicesCoordinate documentation requirements between customers and third partiesBuild new loan files in Encompass and generate “Letters of Intent” for borrowersHelp maintain the AE’s deals in a company-wide EncompassKeep all documents organized in the internal computer drive; itemize filesMaintain loan files from origination to underwritingVet deals and look for “red flags” in loan documentationOrganize and package documentation requirements for loan filesWhat you’ll need:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience in the mortgage industry as a Loan Processor, Underwriter or Transaction CoordinatorExperience working with LOS System/Encompass is a plusNecessary computer programs knowledge and use: Microsoft Outlook (email), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, imaging system and the internetFlexible and ability to adapt to change quicklyCritical thinking and problem solving skillsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsMust show strong initiativeMust work well in a fast paced team driven environmentWhat’s in it for you?We have a strong focus on going above and beyond when it comes to caring for our team members and our communities.
