but our greatest investment is in you!The Associate Account Executive partners with an assigned Account Executive to achieve loan production goals through the establishment of ongoing business relationships with mortgage brokers, real estate agents and investors located within the assigned territory.What you’ll do:Manage pipeline by assisting Account Executive and Account Manager in building files, collecting necessary conditions, managing loan processes, and communicating status to customers.Identifies all potential business sources prospects for Account Executive to reach out.Organize and manage contacts on behalf of the assigned Account Executive.Creates and maintains a social media presence on behalf of the assigned Account ExecutiveResolves client problems and recommends modifications to products/services.Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and products and if the loan package is incomplete, can develop a needs list.

Reviews files and looks for any “red flags” may be in loan documentation to ensure package is sufficient and complete.Works directly with investor/borrower to obtain initial documentation sufficient for submission to underwriting.

This includes reviewing loan package and structure to ensure it meets lending criteria.Supports assigned AEs throughout course of loan files, which may include follow-up with customers, collecting documents and serving as main internal point of contact for assigned loans.Help maintain the AE’s deals in company-wide systems from origination to closing.

What you’ll need:High school or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.Minimum 2 years’ experience in loan processing or similar role, preferably 1 year in private/hard money space.NMLS license preferred, but not required.Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Outlook.Experience using LOS Encompass preferred, but not required.Attention to detailAbility to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skillsTakes initiative and anticipates needsWorks well in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skillsStrong verbal and written communication skills with excellent follow-upHighly self-motivated to learn new skills and conceptsWhat’s in it for you?We have a strong focus on going above and beyond when it comes to caring for our team members and our communities.
